Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
