British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."

In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.

Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.

Still, the novice continues to be one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, consistently making substantial earnings.

The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
